About Public Grievance Redressal System

An integrated portal based citizen help desk and public grievance redressal mechanism is, wherein citizens can send their complaints/grievances to the municipalities through Phone or App or Walk-in.

Public Grievance Redressal System is a platform for grievance registration by citizens and redressal management by the respective government departments/ agencies. Application provides single platform (PGRS) to register their grievances against various departments through various sources like Text, Photos and Videos.

Citizen can raise complaint at their convenience through Lucknow smart city website (https://www.lucknowsmartcity.com), Lucknow citizen One mobile app.

Citizens receives information on the current status of the complaint by Notification features, where citizen receives the status via SMS and Email. Using the Lucknow smart city website, citizen One mobile app or by visiting the LMC reception citizens can also check their complaint status.
