About Integrated Grievance Redressal System

IGRS is an integrated system for grievance redressal in Uttar Pradesh involving all stakeholders to achieve the goal of good governance using latest technology. A citizen can freely and easily lodge a complaint, track the lodged complaint on all important platforms and get his/her satisfaction response both in terms of quality and time. Government of Uttar Pradesh has also launched mobile app for registering citizen grievances/suggestions, which is linked to Jansunwai (IGRS) portal of Government of Uttar Pradesh, where complaints/suggestions web (jansunwai.up.nic.in) can also be registered.

A fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registration and tracking of complaints through mobile phones. A unique reference number will be assigned to each complaint. Citizens can also use this reference number to track the progress of complaints, send reminders and provide feedback after disposal. After successful registration, the reference will automatically be forwarded to the concerned authority for redressal.
